With scientific techniques, you can save much time, opportunity and energy. And sometimes within seconds you can grow so much that even within lives you would not have been able to grow that much. Here meditation is made simple, ordinary, and natural in the process of making it universal. Meditation will not solve life problems but if you are in meditative state, problems will disappear.
MEDITATION:- TO LIVE IN THIS MOMENT To live in this moment is meditation. To be simply ‘here-now’ is meditation. Use ordinary life as a method to meditation. As you go deeper into life / meditation time disappears. When life / meditation blooms time disappears, mind disappears i.e., you transcend mind.
SCIENCE AND MEDITATION The science is the exploration of the exterior. The experience of the meditation is of the interior world. Hence, Science and Meditation are the wings of the same existence, the outwardness and the inwardness, they always have similar points.
WHO IS MAN Man who is a living being, who does not know himself that he is not. Man without knowing himself he is a machine. All his deeds, actions, words, thoughts, feelings, convictions, opinions, and habits are the results of influences and impressions of both external and internal. Everything he says, does, thinks, feels- all this happens. Everything happens. WHAT IS UNIVERSE The universe is the totality of existence, the earth, the planets, the suns, the stars, the galaxies. WHAT IS UNIVERSAL FORCES All life is the play of universal forces. The individual gives a personal form to these universal forces. But he can choose whether he shall respond or not to the action of a particular force. Your illnesses, depressions etc are the repeated play of such forces. It is only when one can make oneself free of them that one can be the true person and have a true life – but one can be free only by universal living. Joy, peace, happiness can to be carried inside continuously for twenty-four hours a day. MAN AND UNIVERSE Man is an image of the universe. He was created by the same laws which created the whole of the universe. . By knowing and understanding himself he will know and understand the universe, all the laws that create and govern the universe and vice versa. Man can understand other laws by studying himself. The study of the universe and the study of man must therefore run parallel, one helping the other.
CONCENTRATION In concentration, you concentrate totally on an object, you forget everything else, you forget the whole world, and that object only remains in your consciousness. How concentration can be realized?
S O U L - SCIENCE OF UNIVERSAL LIVING Science is the form of knowledge which looks for the inner, hidden power in matter.
SOUL Soul is the inner being, the portion of the Divine which supports the body, life and mind in the individual. The soul has to be brought to the front through the guidance of masters and meditations. BODY AND SOUL The body is that part of the soul which can be grasped by the senses, and the soul is that part of the body which is beyond the grasp of the senses. The body and the soul in their very depth are not separate, the soul is the invisible end of the body, and the body is the visible end of the soul.
YOGA Yoga is the science to be in the here and now. Yoga means to encounter the reality as it is. Yoga is concerned with total being, with your roots. It is not philosophical; it is totally practical with the ultimate laws of being, the laws of total transformation.
BEGINNING OF THE JOURNEY TO THE INFINITE Journey can be started from anywhere. Journey begins from where one is. If he starts journey from the body and goes deeper and deeper into it, he will ultimately reach the soul. If he starts the journey from the energy body / vital body or from the mind and goes deeper and deeper into it, then also he will ultimately reach to the soul. Similarly someone can directly begin the journey with the soul and reach to the body in the end.
